Welcome
With over 10 years of experience teaching prenatal and postnatal yoga, my intention is to hold a safe, supportive, and grounded space for mothers throughout this profound journey.
I continue to study, train, and deepen my own practice so I can show up with presence, care, and clarity, for you. Sharing tools that help you meet pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood with more trust, confidence, and ease. Yoga is more than movement, It’s a way to feel into your own resilience, to soften where you hold tension, and to listen deeply to your body’s wisdom.
Each time a woman shows up for herself on the mat during pregnancy, it’s an act of trust, and I’m honoured to support that.
The Prenatal yoga classes, Birth Preparation course and Postnatal yoga courses are recognised by the health insurance, so you may be eligible to receive part of the cost back from your insurer (Krankenkasse Annerkant).*
*Contributions vary between health insurance companies. Please check with your insurance company for more information about your specific policy.
Prenatal yoga
This practice is thoughtfully designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. With a focus on nurturing both body and mind, each session helps you prepare for birth, embrace the natural changes of pregnancy, and cultivate trust, confidence, and resilience.
Classes include conscious breathing, gentle stretching, and targeted strengthening, especially for the back and legs. You’ll also learn techniques to release tension and deeply relax. These practices can ease discomfort, improve sleep, reduce stress, and help you feel more connected to your baby.
Prenatal yoga offers a supportive toolkit you can return to whenever you need it most, empowering you throughout pregnancy and beyond.
Recommended from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards.

Private Birth preparation Course
For you and your birthing companion
Duration: approx. 2 hours | Price: CHF 300
This one-on-one session is a personalised alternative to the group course, designed for you and the person who will support you during labour. Together, we’ll explore practical tools and techniques to help you prepare both physically and emotionally for birth in a way that feels safe, grounded, and empowering.
In this private setting, we’ll focus on:
- Birthing positions and supportive movement
- Breathing and relaxation techniques to ease tension and intensity
- How your birthing companion can assist you—physically, emotionally, and mindfully—through each phase of labour
- Cultivating a mindset of trust, openness, and inner strength
This is a special opportunity to connect more deeply with your support person, while gaining the skills and confidence to meet birth with clarity and presence. You’ll learn to create physical and mental space, honour your instinct, and approach your birth experience as a celebration of your power and creativity as a woman.

Looking for a Postnatal Course?
This weekly 6 part (7 hours+) course is held in a closed group and has a smaller setting than a regular class, making it semi-private. So mums have space to be comfortable and safe, while receiving more personlised instruction in a cosy environment.
Postnatal Yoga Course
This course has a holistic approach and offers support on a physical, emotional and mental level.
On a physical level, it will help your body recover and regain strength after birth. We will concentrate on the pelvic floor region, abdominal wall, and the upper and lower back.
The curated sequences will help you to release the neck, shoulders and upper back.
On a mental level, postnatal yoga helps you to relax and feel more grounded. On an emotional level, this course will provide you with a safe, kind and open space where you could share your experiences during this early motherhood period if you wish. This will create deeper connections and perhaps even friendships with other mums and babies, adding a valuable and important social element.
Most importantly, this course will help you to come back ‘home’ to your body after pregnancy and childbirth.
The group setting is smaller than a regular yoga class, allowing for more personal attention, tailored alignment, and effective postnatal recovery support.
Booking, Commitment & Drop-ins:
We know how unpredictable life with a baby can be. At the same time, to create a stable, nurturing group and ensure the sustainability of the course, we ask for a full commitment when you sign up.
Full course bookings are open until 72 hours before the first class. After that, remaining spots may be available for drop-in sessions, which must be booked individually and are subject to availability.
• Once booked, the course is non-refundable and non-cancellable. This allows us to keep the group consistent and hold the space for everyone involved.
• If you know in advance that you’ll miss a session, you’re welcome to join another session within the course period (if space allows)
• Drop-ins will be available from 30 August, only if space allows and must be pre-booked.
• A minimum of 4 participants is required for the course to run. If this number isn’t reached, you’ll be notified in advance and receive a full refund.
BABIES ARE MOST WELCOME! (until they start crawling, thanks for your understanding)
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE STUDIO ACCESS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR LARGE PUSHCHAIRSÂ (there is a narrow staircase and no lift. However, if you have a smaller stroller or collapsable one, this can easily be brought inside).
