Pregnancy is a superpower…
Tap into your feminine energy

With over 10 years of experience teaching prenatal and postnatal yoga, my intention is to hold a safe, supportive, and grounded space for mothers throughout this profound journey.

I continue to study, train, and deepen my own practice so I can show up with presence, care, and clarity, for you. Sharing tools that help you meet pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood with more trust, confidence, and ease. Yoga is more than movement, It’s a way to feel into your own resilience, to soften where you hold tension, and to listen deeply to your body’s wisdom.
Each time a woman shows up for herself on the mat during pregnancy, it’s an act of trust, and I’m honoured to support that.

The Prenatal yoga classes, Birth Preparation course and Postnatal yoga courses are recognised by the health insurance, so you may be eligible to receive part of the cost back from your insurer (Krankenkasse Annerkant).*

*Contributions vary between health insurance companies. Please check with your insurance company for more information about your specific policy.

Prenatal Yoga and birth preparation courses

prenatal yoga

his practice is thoughtfully designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. With a focus on nurturing both body and mind, each session helps you prepare for birth, embrace the natural changes of pregnancy, and cultivate trust, confidence, and resilience.

Classes include conscious breathing, gentle stretching, and targeted strengthening, especially for the back and legs. You’ll also learn techniques to release tension and deeply relax. These practices can ease discomfort, improve sleep, reduce stress, and help you feel more connected to your baby.

Prenatal yoga offers a supportive toolkit you can return to whenever you need it most, empowering you throughout pregnancy and beyond.

Recommended from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards.

prenatal yoga & birth preparation course
6-week – closed group

This 6-week course offers a supportive and structured space to prepare for birth through movement, breath awareness, relaxation, and practical guidance. Practising in a small closed group allows time for connection, continuity, and individual attention throughout the series.

Each session includes gentle prenatal yoga, breathing practices for labour, and guided relaxation, including Yoga Nidra for pregnancy, to help regulate the nervous system and deepen rest during this important time.

During the course you will explore:

  • breathing techniques for labour and birth
  • birthing positions and the use of movement during labour
  • ways to release tension and work with intensity
  • mental and emotional preparation for birth
  • practical ways your birthing companion can support you before and during labour
  • deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra for pregnancy

These practices help you build confidence, trust your body’s intelligence, and develop practical tools you can draw on during labour and birth.

Practising in a closed group also offers space for exchange and connection with other expectant mothers preparing for a similar stage of pregnancy.

Recommended from approximately week 28–32 of pregnancy onwards

postnatal recovery programme

Postnatal Recovery Programme (5 Sessions) — CHF 750

3 Sessions — CHF 450

The postnatal period asks so much from a woman — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

We are now offering a Postnatal Recovery Programme: a series of 5 private yoga sessions designed to support you gently and progressively through the early months after birth.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs, focusing on rebuilding strength in the pelvic floor and abdominal area, supporting the back, and releasing tension that can build up in the neck, shoulders, and upper back.

Beyond the physical practice, these sessions offer space to slow down, breathe, reconnect, and be supported in a quiet and personal setting.

The private format allows for flexibility with time and a practice that adapts to you, your recovery, and your daily rhythm with your baby.

Babies are most welcome! (until they start crawling, thanks for your understanding)

Please note that the studio access is not suitable for large pushchairs (there is a narrow staircase and no lift. However, if you have a smaller stroller or collapsable one, this can easily be brought inside).
